This year we decided to join a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). We made the choice to join Double-T Farm in Garner, NC for several reasons.
1. Local — and easy pick up (less than 10 minutes away from home)
2. Quality over quantity
3. Organic (kinda goes with #2, I suppose)
4. Nutrition — Can’t get much fresher, unless it’s in our backyard
5. Sustainability (pretty much fits with the other 4 reasons)
We’re really excited to be a part of this great community, and we are loving the awesome produce we receive every week. Now, Chris and I are off to do a little rain dance!
